Help on improving a yu gi oh deck?

My deck is as follows, unless otherwise noted, I only have one copy, let me know if anything is banned and what I can replace it with.

I know my deck is weak because it focuses too much on summoning powerful monsters, but I only really play with one other person, so it fairs pretty well against him, I don’t play in tournaments, because my deck has never been really good enough, but it is at 60 cards right now and I like my deck to have between 50-60 cards, I also like my monsters to have effects, so if you add monsters, try to make them with effects. I buy structure decks occasionally, but most of my deck came from booster packs, we don’t have any game shops in town, so I can’t buy individual cards, I just want my deck to improve any way it can, any advice on improving it is appreciated.

What Yu-Gi-Oh! packs should I buy?

I am going to the store in a couple of weeks and I want to buy some yugioh cards (most likely Walmart or Target). I want to build a twilight deck or a lightsworn deck. I already have the basic cards for either deck, but not cards like Solar Recharge, DAD, Judgment Dragon, Charge Of Light Brigade, Gorz, Honest, ect. Here are some of the basic cards I already have: Wulf, Lumina, Lyla, Chaos Sorcerer, Necro Gardna, staple cards, ect. So here’s the problem to this, I have $56 and I need cards for either deck (I like the twilight deck). What packs, tins, special edition pack, should I buy to get the best cards needed for either deck (like before, I prefer twilight)? Thanks!
